  • Discord User IDs: Your unique Discord user ID is stored to manage user-specific settings, such as volume preferences. This ID is a string of numbers and does not reveal your personal information.
  • Discord Server IDs: The unique ID of the server the bot is in is stored to manage server-specific settings and configurations.
  • Discord Voice Channel IDs: The ID of the voice channel the bot is currently in is temporarily stored to maintain an active connection and manage playback.

2. How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used exclusively for the following purposes:

  • To operate and maintain the bot's core functions.
  • To manage your and your server's settings and preferences.
  • To improve the bot's features, performance, and stability.
  • To troubleshoot technical issues.

3. Information We **Do Not** Collect

Odeum is designed to be privacy-conscious and does not collect any of your personal information. We do **not** collect or store your IP address, email address, or any messages you send in Discord chats. The only data we handle is directly related to the bot's functionality, such as user and server IDs.

5. Your Rights

  • Access and Deletion: Since the bot stores minimal data, much of it is deleted when the bot leaves a server. If you wish to have all your data removed, you can contact the developers, and we will delete any remaining information associated with your user ID.
  • Updates to the Privacy Policy: We may update this policy periodically. We will notify users of any significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of the policy. Your continued use of the bot after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
