Odeum: The Stage for Your Sound - Terms of Service

By inviting Odeum to your Discord server or using any of its features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the bot.

1. Agreement to Terms

You agree to comply with these Terms, the Odeum Privacy Policy, and Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Violation of any of these policies may result in the bot being removed from your server without notice.

2. Services and Usage

Odeum is a Discord bot designed to provide music and audio-related features. We strive to offer a stable and reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime or a bug-free experience. The bot is provided "as is" and we are not liable for any issues or data loss that may occur.

Odeum and all of its content, including its logo, design, and code, are the proprietary property of the bot's developers. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute the bot or its assets without explicit permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

The developers of Odeum shall not be held liable for any damages, whether direct or indirect, arising from the use or inability to use the bot. You use Odeum at your own risk.

8. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon being posted. Your continued use of Odeum after the new Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of them.
